Assisted Living
Our Assisted Living communities are designed for people who need daily assistance in some capacity—bathing, dressing, laundry, housekeeping, medications, cooking. Individuals who live in our communities share our goal to live as independently as possible for as long as they can.

Care Suites
Our private apartment settings cater to clients who require services that cannot be met living in their own individual apartment. Our Care Suites offer the comforts of home with 24 hour staffing to meet the needs of each individual. Each Care Suite offers clients quality comprehensive services to enhance their physical and psychosocial well-being while remaining part of a larger senior community.

Memory Care/Enhanced Services
A community setting dedicated to the special needs of those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Memory Care services can be provided at Nursing/Care Centers and Assisted Living Communities. Our communities offer specialized programs for daily activities, socialization, nutrition needs and cares and also include education and services for families.

Long Term Care
Individuals in a skilled nursing community generally have physical or cognitive impairments that require daily assistance. Most residents are no longer able to live on their own, so they rely on our 24 hour care staff to meet their skilled medical, nursing and rehabilitation needs.

Post Acute Care
Post Acute Care covers a wide range of services needed to support patients after a hospitalization, illness, or injury. Our communities provide services that range from highly skilled nursing , physical, occupational, and speech therapy to the use of specialized equipment and modalities.
